Wildcat Wholesale ships most orders via UPS. Occassionally, if the volume justifies, we will ship via independent freight carriers. When placing an order of less than 20 cartons of product, please be sure to enter a shipping address that is accepted by UPS. If your ship to address is not accepted by UPS, then we will contact you. For example, a PO Box or APO address is not an accepted shipping address by UPS.
If your order justifies the use of an independent carrier, we will contact you with a freight proposal.
Most items are in stock and shipped directly from our warehouse. Orders will typically ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. EST or on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. Shipping times do not include weekends. Example- (2nd day air shipped Thursday will not arrive until Monday.) Wildcat Wholesale is not responsible for orders arriving later than a UPS estimate.

Order changes:
Please call us at 1-888-352-8889 if you made an error when placing your order. Due to the amount of email received and the speed at which we process orders, it will not be possible to process an order change that was received by email. Without a phone call we cannot guarantee the error will be corrected before the order is shipped.
Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back Your satisfaction is important to Wildcat Wholesale. Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your unused purchase in its original packaging, with your original packing slip within 60 days of your purchase for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable.
A 25% restocking fee applies on all returned products that are not received in the original box and containing all original product packaging and packing slip.
