IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

All of our products have different minimums.  Usually, the minimum is one (1) case.  If you would like to determine the minimum order quantity of a particular product, just read the product description or add that product to your shopping cart on our website.  Once there, the quantity field will automatically display the minimum quantity you can order. 

 

Sometimes, Wildcat cannot break cases.  You may need to order full case quantities.  The shopping cart will let you know when you try to order a quantity we cannot supply.

 

Wildcat gladly accepts purchase orders and will extend credit to universities and most government agencies.   Corporations and individuals must pay by credit card when the order is placed.  
 
The transit time depends on when you place your order and the freight carrier and method you choose during checkout. 
    

Wildcat ships exclusively via UPS to the USA and UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS) to international customers.   Sorry, but we cannot ship to a PO Box, FPO, or APO address. 

 

On large orders, we may be able to save you money by shipping via an independent freight carrier that provides us with a pre-negotiated discount. If your order justifies the use of an independent carrier, we will contact you with a lower freight proposal before we ship.

 
Most items are in stock and ship directly from our warehouse in Ohio, USA. Orders placed before 10AM EST Monday through Friday typically ship the same day.  Orders placed after 10AM EST typically ship the next business day. Shipping times do not include weekends. For example: UPS 2nd Day Air shipped Thursday will not arrive until Monday.

 

Wildcat Wholesale is not responsible for orders arriving later than a UPS or USPS freight estimate.

While placing your order, a shipping charge may or may not appear in your shopping cart.  This typically happens when UPS or USPS are updating their rates.  You may have to try again later, or place your order with no freight charges shown.  We will contact you before we process your order with exact freight charges.  All prices listed on our website are US Dollars.  If an error is made when calculating freight during the online order process that is out of Wildcat's control, we will contact you for approval of the new freight rate before we ship your order.


HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

If you made a mistake or would like to change your order, please reply to the order confirmation email we sent you or email us at sales@wildcatwholesale.com.  Due to the speed at which we process orders, it will not be possible to process an order change that was received by phone. Without an email we cannot guarantee the error will be corrected before the order is shipped.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Your satisfaction is important to all of us at Wildcat. Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, simply return the items for a refund. Here are our guidelines:
  • You must return full cases of product in its original packaging.
  • You must return the original paperwork that came with your order.
  • Returned products must be unused and resalable.
  • Returned products must be received within 30 days of your original order ship date.
  • Custom printed items cannot be returned.
  • Freight charges are not refundable.
If you don't comply with the above guidelines, then we won't issue you a credit.

DO YOU EXPORT?

Wildcat ships via UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS) to over 190 countries all over the world.   Sorry, but we cannot ship to a PO Box or APO address.  Shipping charges shown do not include applicable taxes, duties, or brokerage fees.  These additional fees are to be paid for by the customer.  All prices listed on our website are US Dollars.

Wildcat can manufacture custom size boxes for you.  Our minimum quantity on a custom order is 1,000 boxes of the same size.

DO YOU SEND OUT SAMPLES?

Customers can purchase a sample box from Wildcat.  We will not send a FREE sample under any circumstance.  Customers can order a sample HERE.  Sorry, we do not provide single samples of anything other than boxes. Some restrictions apply.


Ordering a small case of a product is a great, low cost way to try our products.  You can always return non-printed products if they don't work out by following our Satisfaction Guaranteed guidelines.

 

WHY DO THE COVERS OF THE BOXES BOW?

All rigid set-up boxes will bow over time.  However, they can easily be bent right back to square.  The reason this size might be bowed more than expected is because it is a relatively new size for Wildcat.  When we develop a new size, we make a smaller than normal quantity, and pack them in some stock cartons we have left over, and they may not be a perfect fit. This allows the box lids to bow a bit more especially on the side that has air space because they are not packed tightly in custom made corrugated cartons.  Once we establish that the product has good demand, we can make them in larger volumes that justify ordering custom made cartons.  I hope that makes sense.

 

The bottom line is you can bend the sides of the lids back to square.  You will not hurt the boxes in any way.  Below is a link to a video that demonstrates how easy it is to reshape a set-up box cover:

WHAT SIZE GREETING CARD BOX SHOULD I ORDER?

Wildcat stocks a variety of boxes that fit the most common standard greeting card sizes.  Listed below are the inside dimensions of our greeting card boxes and a few helpful suggestions when determining which greeting card box to purchase.

 

There is no such thing as a standard size for envelope for greeting cards!  The greeting cards are standard, but each envelope manufacturer makes their envelope slightly different than the next guy.  Measure your envelopes before you buy - NOT your greeting cards! There should be a small amount of space around your greeting cards and envelopes so that your customer can easily remove them from the box.

 

HOW MANY GREETING CARDS AND ENVELOPES WILL FIT IN A BOX? 

Since cards and envelopes can be made from a variety of thicknesses of cardboard and paper, it is impossible to determine exactly how many of your cards and envelopes will fit into a Wildcat Greeting Card Box.  To be sure, measure a stack of cards and envelopes to determine the stack's height.  It's common to rotate smaller stacks of cards and envelopes in one box to create a more level stack.  Most of our boxes can comfortably fit 15 greeting cards and envelopes, but it's best to measure your cards and envelopes to be sure.

   

DO YOU CARRY AN A2 GREETING CARD BOX?

We do not carry a standard A2 Greeting Card Box because it is so close in size to our CARD-A6 Box.  In fact, we use the photograph at the top of our Greeting Card Box page on our website to illustrate the difference.  The front card box is our CARD-A6 box used to package A2 cards.  As you can see, there is a small space at the top.  Most customers actually think the space is useful to insert a finger to pull the cards and envelopes out of the box. 

 

CAN YOU PRINT MY LOGO ON PRODUCTS?

Yes, we can print your logo in most cases.  In fact, Wildcat has developed the industry changing technology that gives you full color images on our stock packaging items...in small case quantities...affordably.  Read more about our revolutionary print process HERE.  Simply choose the print option that fits your needs when placing your order.

 

ARE YOUR BOXES ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?

Wildcat Wholesale's cardboard boxes are environmentally friendly because we use materials that are made of at least 93% post-consumer waste in the manufacturing process

 

Immediately notify the freight carrier.  Wildcat takes great pride in shipping only quality products.  Each shipment is inspected before it's packed to ensure it is top quality before it leaves our facility.  However, damage can occur during shipping.  Since the shipping company caused the damage, it's the shipping company's responsibility to compensate you for damage.  However, they need to be notified as soon as possible.  Do not use any part of a shipment until the freight carrier says it is okay to do so.  Each carrier has a different policy, but they will most likely want to inspect the shipment before they approve any credit.

NOTE: Wildcat will not send replacement products for free if products were damaged during shipping.

I DON'T HAVE A LOGO.  CAN YOU DESIGN ONE FOR ME?

Need a quick logo, but do not have time or money to hire a professional graphics designer?

Squarespace has a logo design tool that makes it easy to create a basic logo you can use for your studio. Mock up as many designs as you want, and when you are satisfied with one of them, pay $10 for a final image file you can download and use over and over again.


Even if you already have a studio logo, this tool may be useful if you have been thinking about updating your older logo. Modern logos are simple: a graphic, your company name, and a tag line. The Squarespace logo tool has thousands of professionally designed icons sorted so you can search for them by any term. For example, create a logo for your candy store by searching for "candy'.


Once you have a logo, make sure you use it everywhere:

While a $10 logo you design yourself will never be as good as a professionally designed one, it will be better then no logo at all.
